It all began when I went to a festival recently and saw many gorgeous ferals-  festival folk that dress as faeries and earth dwellers in tatters of brown, green, stones, crystals, leathers, feathers...I came away so inspired, so enchanted by this idea of living so close to the earth that we actually become it. Often people comment that these creations have been scooped up off the forest floor, and that is exactly the energy I wish to create with these pieces. Return to the earth!
