How do you pronounce your name (Nedda Shishegar)?
It is phonetically pronounced "Nedd-uh Shish-E-gar".
NOT "Need-uh" or "Nay-duh"!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Of course I do! In the shopping cart process,
you will have the option to chose AirMail or Priority Shipping.
What kinds of payment do you accept?
I take credit card through PayPal, money order (you can get them at any post office, 7-11, or grocery store), cashier's check,
and I allow personal checks from repeat customers only.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
I try to get all of my orders shipped out within a week of
the purchase. I will always email you regarding your purchase
once it is placed.
I want to buy things from your FaeriePrints.com site and also jewelry from your EnchantedLeaves.com site, can you combine my items?
Both my websites share the same shopping cart, so your purchases will automatically be combined.
Do you offer your art Wholesale?
Yes, all the wholesale information is found on my
Wholesale page.
Why do you have those ugly copyright banners over your pictures?!
I do that to protect my art from image theft and copyright infringement. In the past I have caught people who steal them and claim them as their own, or who print them out and sell them or print them on other items to sell. If you have seen people illegally using my art work,
please let me know.

If your email account has a junk mail filter on, you will not receive my emails!
You must check your junk mail folder to find it, and add my
email address to your safe list. I am the sole person who
manages all my website and art related things, and since I am a
very busy full time student, I may take a while getting back to
your email....but I promise eventually I will!
Where do you get your inspiration and poses from?
From everywhere. Family, friends, my cats, nature, children's books, fairy tales, and just everything around me. I get most of my poses using myself from my digital camera. I also have some artists reference books that I find poses from. I
will sometimes to use fashion magazines, celebrity and model
photos, and of course my friends and family.
How can I be one of your models?
I am always looking for people to draw! Females and
males. If you have good, clear photos that are either full
bodied, close up of face, or from the waist up, I would love to
put them in my reference files. Of course, if I use any, you
will receive a free print of it! Send pictures to my email, or
email me for my address to send them if you do not have a
scanner.
You change your bio picture a lot. Do you have a place where I can see all of your other pictures?
Yeah, I have a ton. Check the
Photo Gallery to see more of my bio/Fantasy photos.
Will you draw a picture for me/a friend? Will you draw me as a Faerie/Mermaid?
As a commission, yes. There are samples and more information on my
Commissions page.
Do you make everything on this site?
Why yes, yes I do. I draw/paint all the pictures, hand make and design
all the jewelry. I am also the webmaster and designer for this
site. I print and package each print, crop all the bookmarks and
cards....I am completely the sole person for managing this all!
Do you only do fantasy art?
Mostly. But I do other types of art. I'm have an
art portfolio site at NeddaShishegar.com, that has all of my art, old to new, fantasy to non.
I do jewelry as well. Im also a
Graphic Designer, Photographer(Nature Photography and also
Surreal/Fantasy photomanipulations). You can see that work on my

What kind of music do you like?
I love music that
is...rock/piano/metal/violin/blues
rock/trip-hop/classical/classic rock!. You'll normally find me
listening to TOOL, The Beatles, The White Stripes, Radiohead,
The Romanovs, Björk,
Silverchair, The Raconteurs, Black Sabbath, Tenacious D, Regina Spektor,
Portishead, Air, Ashbury, Tori Amos, Muse, HUMANWINE,
Dethklok, Pink Floyd, The Black Keys, Massive Attack, A Perfect Circle, Oingo Boingo,
Nirvana, Ben Folds, Pearl Jam, compositions by Danny Elfman(who
does just about all the Tim Burton soundtracks) ....and more of
course. My list is always growing. Music videos are also so
inspirational to me. (Michel Gondry is amazing.)
